Hotel turned out to be perfectly clean and the breakfast option was satisfactory. The staff was hard-working and everything was really good. Our rooms were beautifully decorated and stocked with King bed, fridge and bathtub. The location was comfortable: a mall and a large shopping mall were within walking distance😃

Beautifully kept place and ideal location so close to northern Ontario, downtown within 10-15 minutes, and stores and restaurants and UOTTAWA. Besides, excellent for visiting St-Laurent.

The total stay was very good during business trip. Staff were very friendly, and facilities were really comfortable here. It was in the central location in the business centre. The food was fabulous, had a good choice of options.

Would come here again on my next trip to Ottawa. The hotel is newly decorated with really helpful staff and good facilities. Overall the room is brand-new, huge and includes a safe box, multi-channel TV, and tea/coffee making equipment. The cost is me$ 297.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Ottawa for a quick trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was easy. The location was convenient, close to other businesses I needed to visit. Surprisingly, despite being near a major highway, it was quiet. The nearby Lone Star Restaurant provided takeout and will soon offer full service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was excellent, nevertheless we stayed for 1 night only. Truly enjoyed the way our comfy and perfect standard king room with comfy queen sized bed was. The hotel was in a central setting in the downtown core. It was also so close to a popular restaurant and a major mall, shopping centre, East Ottawa and train station and the main train station. The food was cheap, fresh.

Relaxing base for 3 nights in Ottawa, well-kept and exceptionally comfortable hotel. Nicely decorated rooms with microwave and a sofa bed, for example, really good stay! Beautiful decor of the room. The really helpful and hard-working staff and their attitude. Good area, comfy location, next to Gatineau, stores and restaurants and the business centre. Excellent service at all times. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from St-Laurent. The restaurant here was good for breakfast, we both ordered fresh dishes.

Tastefully decorated units with microwave, fridge and microwave, a couch, and the staff were very amiable.

The location was convenient, with the railway station, mall, metro station, and bus stop all close by. It saved me a lot of time during my commute. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, both during check-in and at the bar/restaurant. The hotel had excellent amenities, including an indoor swimming pool and a fitness center. The staff made me feel welcome with a refreshing welcome drink. This place was spotless, and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff quickly resolved the issue and provided me with a different room. This hotel is recommended for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Reasonably large and newly remodelled room with king bed, had a really nice stay. The location was favourable and ideal as for me.
